Staging Area 

Lebombo Border Dry Port (LBDP) is a dedicated logistics precinct located near the Lebombo/Ressano Garcia border crossing, featuring its own staging areas and truck stop. 

Trans African Concessions (TRAC) is the N4 toll route operator responsible for managing the road network leading to the border, but not the border facilities or law enforcement within them. 

While both TRAC and the LBDP operate to deal with the flow of freight, LBDP provides the physical staging area and clearing facilities, while TRAC manages the road network leading to the border post.
